Hallo Alles,

Firstly i am sorry, i can't speak German.
I am a student in Mainz and here just for one semester. I was looking for something different to do and googled about planespotting in Frankfurt then i found this page.
I haven't done before planespotting in a proffesional way like you do. But i love planes and taking photos so it is a pleasure for me to merge these two for me when i get any chance.
But now i want to take this seriously.
So if there is a meeting group or something like that you go and do planespotting, i really want to join and try to take some good pics even my equipment is not enough, i know...

we do not have meeting groups here at FRA. But local People meet occassionally by coincidence at various points at the Airport.
If you come to the Spotting points you may meet people who speak English and answer some of your questions.
As almost everywhere you have a good chance to meet Spotters when there is plenty of Sunshine.
In dull weather this is not so good.
On weekends the places are usually very crowded so you might have a good chance to meet appropriate Spotters.
